Pierce Creek Cattle Co. raises grass-fed, pasture raised beef with no hormones, no antibiotics, and is located only 50 miles from St. Louis in Lonedell, MO. One unique feature of Pierce Creek is that they offer both grass and grain finished cuts. You just have to let us know which you prefer!
Each bundle consists of approximately 45% ground beef, 25% – 30% steaks and 25% – 30% other cuts. All beef is sold by weight so the bundle’s final price is approximate. A 5% discount is applied to medium bundle purchases, and a 7% discount is applied to large bundle purchases. Bundles are customizable and allow you to select cuts from each category in your bundle. Bundles will take between 3-7 days for delivery, depending on availability. Final price subject to change based on weight.
